In the USA fertility rates bottomed in 1976. As of this year, the "total fertility rate" has returned to 2.1 (replacement level). Adding in the fact that most women are still young enough to have children the population of the USA would still grow fairly significantly if immigration (legal and illegal) were completely cut off.
